Outside of buying an adjustable weight bench for your home gym, adjustable dumbbells is the next piece of fitness equipment that I recommend everyone buying. You can literally do 100’s of exercises with these and they take up very little space which is another reason they work out so well.
One of the most popular models is the Bowflex SelectTech 552 that I mention above so I won’t include that here go above to go to amazon if you want to buy it or if you want to read my review on it read about it here. They are adjustable to 52 pounds.
Another model you will want to consider is power block elite dumbbells sold on Amazon. These are square and are adjusted by selected a pin on what what you want to go with. They are very popular in home gyms, colleges and commercial gyms. They are also able to add on more weight with add on kits which is going to be important to some of you. You have a choice of going up to 90 pound dumbbells with them if you need that type of weight whereas the bowflex 552 is going to limit you to 52 pounds.
The next options is probably going to be the cheapest option and has the right amount of weight for most of you which is the AmazonBasics Adjustable weight set. It’s has the barbell style handle with 38 pounds of adjustable plates and are secured with a screw on collar.
I personally like this style because is something I have been used to using for years and I like to drop my weights without worrying about breaking them. For me personally I really like Yes4All dumbbells because they go up to 200 pounds. This literally let you get rid of a whole dumbbell rack of dumbbells and saves a ton of space in your workout room at home.

So, I’m going to list out 2 affordable Ellipticals that are both under $300 dollars and have 5 star reviews. This will be a great entry level to get you working out and won’t break the bank.

This is probably the 3rdmost popular home gym equipment you will buy to work out at home with and rightfully so. It’s great for walking, jogging and running. So, there are various models that you can look into. You have the folding treadmills which work great for small spaces like apartments and what not. Then you have your standard full platform treadmills which have a wide range of pricing depending on the features you are looking for.
So let me get you started with 3 of the most popular folding treadmills.

This is of course one of my favorite subjects to talk about and that is cycling. If you are like me and have to deal with the winter months and you want to continue to ride and workout.
So, let’s just skip right to a couple of brands that you need to look at right away. One is Keiser and I have a review of the Keiser M3 Spinning bike you can read.
The Sunny Health & Fitness Commercial Indoor Cycling Bikeis a great one where it has a nice 48 pound fly wheel, adjustable handlebar and adjustable seat for a great fit. This would be comparable to what you would use at a spin class in the club. They do have a higher end model that has a digital model on it to measure speed, cadence and every other metric you need to track in your workout.
